Austin is a chartered building services engineer with more than 20 years' experience across construction, telecommunications, design management and consultancy. He leads our Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) team in London delivering complex interdisciplinary projects and energy-efficient design solutions.

Before joining Ridge, Austin was Director and Head of Building Services at WSP in London. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as One Bishopsgate Plaza, Aykon London One and South Quay Plaza, alongside projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

An experienced building services engineer, Austin combines technical expertise with a strong focus on people, performance and delivery. He is passionate about developing teams, growing businesses and building lasting client relationships.

Austin is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and promoting excellence across the built environment. He holds CEng, MIET and MCIBSE accreditations.
