Ben is an interdisciplinary engineer and partner in our building services team in Birmingham with more than 30 years' experience. He brings a broad perspective and practical approach to every stage of project delivery and is responsible for projects across a diverse range of sectors, including leisure, health, education and data centres.

Ben has a strong track record of leading projects from inception and feasibility through to construction and handover. He works closely with clients and project teams to maintain clear direction, align priorities and support successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

A strong advocate of collaboration, Ben believes the best results come from bringing the right people together at the right time. He combines a clear client focus with the leadership of internal delivery teams, ensuring projects remain aligned with both commercial and project objectives.
