Brent is the founder and head of digital engineering consultancy services at Ridge. He joined the business in 2013 to lead the implementation of building information modelling (BIM) and has since played a key role in advancing our digital capabilities. Drawing on experience gained across a range of industry roles, he leads complex projects for clients in the UK and internationally.

Over the years, Brent has established and grown a specialist consultancy team that provides tailored digital engineering services. Today, the team supports an established client base and delivers high-profile projects across a wide range of sectors.

A Chartered Construction Professional (MCIAT), Brent's experience spans BIM and information management, design management and architectural technology. He combines a strong understanding of construction design and delivery with expertise in digital tools and processes, helping project teams work more effectively and make better-informed decisions.

Brent works closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, bringing people together around a shared approach and clear objectives. His ability to bridge the gap between technical detail and practical delivery enables him to lead complex interdisciplinary projects with confidence.
