Carl is a Chartered Structural Engineer (BEng, CEng, MICE, MIStructE) with over 20 years’ experience and skill in project management, engineering delivery and framework management.

Throughout his career, Carl has worked across a broad range of sectors, including education, residential, retail, leisure, logistics, manufacturing and commercial developments. This experience has given him a better understanding of the different challenges, priorities and opportunities each sector presents.

Carl believes that clear and open communication is central to any successful project. By working closely with clients and stakeholders, he makes sure project objectives are understood and achieved, while delivering value in a timely and cost-effective way.

As leader of the civil and structural engineering team in Birmingham, Carl promotes these principles across the team, helping deliver high-quality results for both current and future projects.
