Charles has more than 24 years’ experience working within engineering consultancies and interdisciplinary property consultancies. His experience spans new build and refurbishment projects across the residential, commercial, retail, education, leisure, healthcare and private sectors, with project values of up to £250 million.

He has worked through every stage of the design process and believes in taking a hands-on approach. By working closely with teams, clients and stakeholders, Charles helps guide projects from initial concept to finish.

As a partner, Charles leads teams of civil and structural engineers, from graduates through to associates, alongside computer-aided design (CAD) and Revit technicians. He oversees the delivery of both single-discipline and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring resources are shared and projects are completed to the highest standards.

Charles is responsible for maintaining technical quality across his teams. He makes sure all work is completed in line with design standards and quality assurance procedures, all while supporting the development of the people around him.
