Chris has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. As an Incorporated Engineer and Member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Association for Project Management (MICE, MAPM), he's worked with consultants, contractors and clients at every stage of a project.

In recent years, he's focused on delivering large, complex infrastructure and urban regeneration projects. He works closely with clients and stakeholders to understand what's important, set a clear direction and make sure everyone involved is working towards the same goals from day one.

Chris is known for bringing people together and building strong project teams. He believes good projects start with clear communication, shared objectives and the right people around the table. By keeping teams aligned and focused on what matters most, he helps clients deliver successful projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.
