Chris is a Chartered Structural Engineer with nearly 30 years’ experience delivering complex projects across residential, education, healthcare, commercial, industrial and regeneration sectors.

He leads projects from the earliest design discussions through to delivery, bringing a combination of technical expertise and commercial understanding developed through years of design and build work.

As a fluent Welsh speaker, Chris helps strengthen our stakeholder engagement across Wales. Whether he's working with local authorities, consultants or community groups, he focuses on building strong relationships and keeping communication clear and effective.
