Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience under his belt, working across consultancy, construction and client-side roles. He specialises in the defence and security sectors, often working on high-security projects that need critical tech and complicated building systems integrated smoothly.

He is known for his technical know-how and a common-sense understanding of how to get jobs done right. He can bring clients and project teams together, winning their trust early on and building a friendly, collaborative atmosphere right from the word go.

Chris believes good leadership is all about listening, learning and adapting. This approach has helped him guide teams through complex challenges while keeping everyone focused and improving. Over his career, he’s worked across a range of sectors, from defence and data centres to corporate finance, banking, tech and the Big Four professional services firms.
