Dan is a survey fieldwork manager with more than 15 years' experience. As national survey lead, he oversees all property consultancy fieldwork and manages a high-performing team of more than 90 surveyors. He specialises in mobilising and delivering large-scale stock condition and energy performance survey programmes, with particular expertise in accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.

Dan leads seven fieldwork managers and senior surveyors, overseeing recruitment, training and performance across the team. He is known for strengthening quality standards around Awaab's Law, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) risks and safeguarding.

He has delivered some of our largest residential survey commissions, with more than 75,000 surveys completed in 2025 and a further 90,000 planned for 2026. Taking a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Dan works closely with clients while building confident, capable teams that deliver consistently high standards.
