Dan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and works across our Oxford and London offices. As head of Group Commercial Finance, he looks after the controls, governance and financial planning that keeps Ridge running smoothly.

From tax and treasury management to audits and compliance, Dan helps build confidence with investors and stakeholders while making sure the right foundations are in place for long-term growth.

Dan also plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and major transformation programmes, including treasury and wider systems modernisation. He works closely with teams across the Group to shape strategy, improve financial discipline and support sustainable growth.
