Daniel is a cost management specialist and Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years' experience in the construction industry, including 20 years in the data centre sector. He began his career with a medium-sized main contractor, working as an estimator and quantity surveyor before moving into professional practice in 2001.

At Ridge, Daniel leads a cost management team providing strategic cost, risk and procurement advice across a range of data centre, critical infrastructure and commercial redevelopment projects in the UK and Europe.

As land and power availability become increasingly constrained, Daniel helps clients navigate complex development challenges. He provides expert advice on strategies that de-risk sites and delivery programmes, helping projects move forward with confidence.
