David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 25 years' experience advising clients on cost management and procurement across a wide range of sectors. He specialises in procurement strategy, contractor and consultant appointments, contract selection and risk profiling, with expertise across JCT and NEC contracts, and bespoke joint venture arrangements.

His experience includes advising on warranties, step-in rights, insurance and capital allowances, as well as providing expert advisory and expert witness services.

As office managing partner for our Winchester office, David combines commercial leadership with deep technical expertise. He is known for providing clear, considered advice that helps clients make informed decisions while balancing project objectives and risk.

David holds a BSc (Hons), MSc and MRICS.
