David leads the workflow delivery team within project and programme delivery at Ridge. With more than 25 years' experience in design and project management, he helps clients bring greater certainty to complex projects through innovative approaches to planning, scheduling and process management.

He specialises in improving certainty during the design phase and has applied these techniques across the built environment, defence and IT sectors. His experience spans UK and international projects valued from £5 million to more than £4 billion.

A recognised expert in planning and managing the design process, David is a regular speaker at international conferences and serves on the steering committee of the International Construction Project Management Association.

David is also passionate about developing future talent. He has created learning opportunities from primary education through to postgraduate study and has been a visiting lecturer on MSc programmes at UCL, Reading, Portsmouth and Loughborough universities.
