David Scott

David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience delivering multi-million-pound projects across the commercial, residential, education, aviation and infrastructure sectors. He has worked at every stage of the project journey, from the earliest planning and feasibility work through to completion.

David has helped lead some of the UK's most high-profile developments, including King's Cross S2, Battersea Power Station Phase One, Heathrow Terminal 2A and Terminal 5, and more recently the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford.

He brings extensive experience across JCT, ICE and NEC contracts and is known for taking a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery. Safety is a constant priority and is embedded in everything he does, supported by his NEBOSH qualification.

Clients value David's structured approach and attention to detail, particularly on complex projects where clear thinking and sound decision-making matter most.

Alongside delivering cost-effective solutions, he is committed to developing the people around him and sharing the knowledge he has built throughout his career.

David holds BEng, CEng, MICE, NEBOSH and Crane AP qualifications.
