Elliot is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) with more than 30 years’ experience helping clients deliver large and complex projects. From the early planning stages through to delivery, he helps clients understand their options, make informed decisions and keep projects on track.

He specialises in setting projects up for success from the outset. Whether it's deciding how a project should be procured or putting the right delivery structure in place, Elliot helps clients navigate complexity and create a clear path forward. Throughout his career, he has led commercial and project management teams on high-value projects, bringing structure and direction when it matters most.

Elliot has worked with organisations including Network Rail, London Luton Airport, the Ministry of Defence, the Environment Agency and HS2 Ltd.
