Gareth is a mechanical building services engineer and partner with more than 35 years’ experience. He leads our building services team in Plymouth, combining a focus on design quality with a practical approach to project delivery. Having worked across a wide range of sectors, he has developed a particular interest in renewable technologies and sustainable design.

For over a decade, Gareth has led multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) teams on projects of all sizes. He enjoys bringing people together to solve problems, deliver strong outcomes and create buildings that work for the people who use them.

Gareth is equally passionate about developing people. He takes great pride in mentoring young engineers, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers of their own. As he continues to grow our Plymouth MEP team, his ambition is to establish it as the go-to building services team across the South West.

Known for his enthusiasm, broad technical knowledge and commitment to supporting the next generation of engineers, Gareth brings energy, experience and a people-first approach to every project.
