Geraldine is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience providing cost management services across a range of projects. She specialises in complex fit outs and alterations to historic buildings, helping clients balance project ambitions with budget, quality and long-term value.

Geraldine is involved from the earliest stages of a project. From setting budgets and exploring options, to managing costs during delivery, she works closely with clients and project teams to keep projects on track and aligned with their goals.

She has built extensive experience in the heritage sector, particularly with the University of Oxford, where she has worked with many of the colleges throughout her career. Geraldine understands the challenges that come with adapting and improving historic buildings.

Her thoughtful, practical approach helps clients balance the needs of today with the character and significance of the buildings they are looking after.
