Giles is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with more than 20 years’ experience. He works closely with private landowners, house builders, commercial developers, care operators, education providers and local authorities, helping them navigate a wide range of planning matters.

His experience spans residential and commercial developments, urban extensions, regeneration projects, care villages, motorsport schemes and planning appeals. Whatever the project, Giles understands what clients want to achieve and helps them find the best route through the planning process.
