Guy is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with more than 20 years’ experience helping clients navigate the planning process.

He specialises in residential, mixed-use and education projects, as well as commercial and rural developments. His work spans individual planning applications through to the strategic promotion of land as part of the development plan process.

Guy has extensive experience advising on, preparing and negotiating planning applications. He works closely with private developers, house builders, education providers and landowners on projects across the UK, helping them move developments forward with confidence.

He is also an experienced expert witness, having provided evidence at public inquiries and built a strong understanding of the planning and appeals process.
