Hannah is a Chartered Fellow Project Manager (FRICS) with an MSc in Construction Project Management and more than 15 years’ experience delivering major construction projects for private developers, local authorities and registered providers.

She specialises in project management and contract administration for high-value mixed-use, residential and commercial developments, helping clients navigate complex projects with confidence. Her expertise spans stakeholder management, procurement strategy and employer's agent roles.

Hannah's portfolio includes some of the UK's most significant developments. She is the lead project manager across several plots at the £2 billion Smithfield regeneration in Birmingham city centre and has also worked on the Aston University mixed-use commercial development, the Guild Living later-living scheme in Bath, and the Elysian Residences development.
