Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leading architects and high-profile clients on a range of prestigious developments, often bringing together multidisciplinary teams to turn ambitious ideas into buildable solutions.

Years spent working within an architectural firm gave James a wider view of how buildings come together. He understands that good engineering is about more than calculations and technical detail. It is about understanding the bigger picture, contributing at the right moments and helping a project develop in a way that works for everyone involved.
