James is an information security professional whose career has included senior roles at organisations such as IBM, Fujitsu and the Co-op Group. As head of information security at Ridge, he leads the team responsible for protecting the organisation against an ever-changing threat landscape and ensuring information is managed securely.

James focuses on building practical security measures that support the way people work, helping us stay resilient while meeting demanding security requirements. His forward-thinking approach combines strong governance with real-world solutions, helping the business manage risk while continuing to operate effectively.

He holds CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GCIH and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer accreditations.
