James is a cost management specialist with more than 30 years’ experience delivering projects across the public and private sectors.

He has worked on some of the UK's largest housing programmes, including a £105 million refurbishment of 7,500 homes for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and 2,800-home development scheme for Homes for Haringey valued at £40 million.

He was also involved in the phased refurbishment of Grade II listed Hackney Town Hall and the restoration of Stoke Newington Assembly Hall, with a combined project value of £25 million. These projects reflect his strong track record in managing costs across complex developments, particularly where heritage assets are concerned.

As a leading member of our museums, galleries and theatres sector group, James brings extensive experience in heritage and listed buildings. He is known for his practical approach, strong supply chain management skills and ability to provide cost certainty across large-scale programmes.
