Known for his commercially focused advice, James works closely with interdisciplinary teams to find practical solutions and steer developments through complicated planning requirements.

James is passionate about creating well-designed, sustainable places that make the best use of land and support long-term success. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
