James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 23 years’ experience specialising in the pricing and valuation of building services. As head of our mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) cost management team in Oxford, he helps clients, contractors and design teams understand costs from the earliest stages of a project.

He works across a range of sectors, preparing cost plans and estimates that give project teams a clear picture of where budgets are being spent and where opportunities might exist.
