Jason is an experienced project manager with a background in contract administration and the refurbishment of complex buildings. He currently works on a range of local authority projects, having previously delivered specialist facilities in the research, life sciences and healthcare sectors.

His projects typically range from £10 million to £30 million and include work for clients such as Dyson. One notable project was the transformation of two Second World War aircraft hangars into advanced research and manufacturing facilities for Dyson's driverless vehicle programme.

Jason enjoys bringing people together around a common goal and believes the best projects are built on open, honest communication. Known for his approachable style and strong working relationships, he works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to keep projects and teams aligned.

Jason is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds NEC4 Project Manager accreditation.
