Jason is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in cost management and project delivery across the residential, retail, commercial and education sectors.

Much of his work involves refurbishing and fitting out occupied buildings, where maintaining momentum depends on careful planning and close coordination. He also brings extensive experience in cost planning, risk management and overseeing projects with complex phased and volume handovers.

Jason enjoys working closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams, building strong relationships and helping people work towards a shared goal. Equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy or the detail of a project, he brings a practical, commercial perspective to every stage of delivery.
