Jess is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and leads the people partnering team at Ridge. Her role involves shaping a high-performing, inclusive environment where people can thrive and deliver great outcomes for clients.

She specialises in workforce planning, organisational design, leadership and performance, and talent and succession planning, helping to turn people insight into better business decisions. Jess played a central role in us being named Employer of the Year at the Building Awards 2024, recognition of our continuous investment in our people.

Jess takes a pragmatic, relationship-led approach, working closely with leaders to tackle challenges and make decisions that support both their teams and the wider business.
