Joe is a project management partner based in the Midlands. With a background in architecture and years of experience leading major projects on the client side, he's helped deliver some of the UK's largest and most ambitious developments.

He has worked across workplace, retail, research and development, and manufacturing projects, with a particular focus on large, complex schemes.

Before joining Ridge, Joe was Vice President of Capital Projects at Agratas, where he built and led the capital projects team and oversaw the development of the UK's largest gigafactory and battery manufacturing facility.

Earlier in his career, he held senior roles within Jaguar Land Rover's global property team, leading projects around the world and helping shape the company's workplace strategy and brand identity.

Joe is known for his open, collaborative style and his ability to bring people together around a shared goal. He builds strong teams, values clear communication and helps clients navigate complex projects with confidence.
