Joel is a senior member of the recently acquired Adept management team and leads its design management workstream. He is a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM). Throughout his career, Joel has worked with design teams, manufacturers and main contractors on a series of landmark projects around the world.

His background is in automotive and product design, but for the past 20 years he has worked alongside construction design teams across a range of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality and advanced manufacturing. He has also supported organisations with consultancy projects focused on improving processes and getting more value from their assets.

Joel is responsible for developing our design management service. He leads a team of consultants who work within client organisations, helping teams adopt proven approaches that improve predictability and support successful project delivery.

He also provides specialist expertise in the adoption and integration of modern methods of construction (MMC).
