John is an experienced project lead and former NHS senior manager with more than 20 years' experience in healthcare construction and infrastructure. He specialises in portfolio, programme, project and operational readiness management for new and reconfigured healthcare facilities.

His work covers the installation of advanced medical equipment, including MRI, CT, PET and LINAC technology. He has also helped deliver a wide range of inpatient and outpatient environments, from operating theatres and maternity units to neonatal and critical care facilities.

With extensive knowledge of Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) and Health Building Notes (HBN), John brings proven leadership, practical insight and value to every healthcare project.
