Jon is a Chartered Structural Engineer and partner leading our civil and structural engineering team in Manchester. With more than 20 years’ experience, he has delivered major developments across the North West, specialising in multi-phase mixed-use, residential and commercial office schemes. He is known for understanding what drives a project and for helping clients manage design risk from the outset.

Jon has worked on landmark developments including Circle Square and St John's in Manchester, as well as a range of complex refurbishment and repurposing schemes. Whatever the challenge, he focuses on finding practical solutions, managing risk and making the process easier for clients to navigate.

Jon is known for his positive and collaborative leadership style. He fosters a team-first culture and is passionate about supporting people from the earliest stages of their careers.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers (CEng, FIStructE), and a long-serving committee member and former Chair of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Northern Chapter.
