Jon is a building services engineering partner with more than 20 years’ experience. Since starting his career in 2003, he has worked across a wide range of sectors, delivering projects of varying size and complexity. His experience spans design, project management and delivery.

He enjoys tackling complex design challenges and finding solutions that work for clients. Just as importantly, he is passionate about developing junior team members and helping them grow their careers.

Jon builds strong relationships with clients and is trusted to provide practical advice throughout a project. He has a particular interest in prime residential schemes and has been involved in many developments over the past ten years. Sustainability and reducing energy use remain a key focus, and he looks for ways to deliver better outcomes on every project.
