Jonathan is a Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 20 years' experience at Ridge. He leads a building surveying team and delivers a wide range of professional and project services across the commercial, education and retail sectors.

Jonathan works extensively with vehicle dealerships and major food and department store retailers. He also advises clients on dilapidations, claim negotiation and exit strategy, helping them navigate complex property matters with confidence.

Over the years, he has delivered school extension and refurbishment projects, led large-scale fire risk assessment programmes, and helped clients tackle all kinds of property challenges. Whatever the brief, he focuses on finding practical solutions that work.

Jonathan also plays a key role in improving how we work. He led the development of our standard survey documents and mobile data collection systems, including bespoke iPad-based tools that improve consistency, accuracy and turnaround times.

Known for his thorough approach and focus on practical solutions, Jonathan combines technical expertise with a drive to improve the way surveying services are delivered. He continues to champion innovation across the company, helping teams work more efficiently to deliver better outcomes for clients.
