Jonathan is a partner in our Winchester office, where he leads a specialist cost management team. He works with clients across the residential, later living, student, healthcare and life sciences sectors, helping them make informed decisions about compliance, modernisation, building safety and investment in their estates.

His experience covers everything from targeted refurbishment projects to large mixed-use and residential developments worth more than £50 million. Whether it's cladding remediation, estate-wide cost planning or a major development, he helps clients balance risk, value and long-term performance.

One of Jonathan's career highlights was leading Team 801 in Winchester and helping to shape a modernisation-focused advisory offer that supports our Forward 34 strategy. With his collaborative style and commercial understanding, Jonathan brings structure and focus to challenging situations. He asks the right questions, challenges assumptions and helps teams focus on what matters most.

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Chair of Constructing Excellence Hampshire.
