Jonathan leads our cost management team in Leeds. His career spans higher and further education, major defence programmes and high-rise residential developments, giving him experience across the public and private sectors.

He is an expert in delivering complex, high-value residential portfolios and brings a valuable perspective from both the commercial and project delivery sides of the industry. This combination allows him to give practical, well-rounded advice that supports better decision making and stronger outcomes for clients.

Jonathan joined Ridge to build on the success of the existing Leeds team, having previously grown a seven-person team to 18 people at WSP Sheffield.

Today, he is focused on growing our presence across Leeds and Yorkshire, developing the team and expanding our service offering. By bringing together expertise from across the practice, he is helping establish us as a trusted cost management partner for clients across the region.
