Julian is an experienced planning and project controls professional and a member of the Association for Project Management (APM). He helps clients plan, manage and deliver projects successfully, drawing on a strong foundation in project management and controls.

He provides consultancy and assurance support to some of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes, and his portfolio includes the London 2012 Olympics, Thames Tideway, Thameslink and Transport for London Surface Transport.

Julian has held roles from project manager to programme planning, and he led the planning and project controls team at Adept Management, now a part of Ridge. He introduces new ways of working, brings teams together and helps organisations stay in control of complex programmes.
