Julie is an Associate Partner at Ridge and a specialist MEP quantity surveyor with over 25 years' experience, leading the MEP cost management team in London. She brings deep expertise across all stages of the cost management process, from inception to completion, including RIBA stage cost planning, scope gap analysis, risk mitigation and lifecycle costing. Her sector experience spans commercial fit-out, data centres, office refurbishments, education, retail, healthcare and historic buildings. Project scale has grown significantly in recent years, with her most recent cost plan reaching £2.4 billion for a 300MW data centre - covering the M&E package alone. Career highlights include the successful delivery of Ark's 150MW substation at Hayes, where Julie worked closely with the client and design team to identify the most cost-effective power solution for the wider data centre campus.
