Julie is an associate partner at Ridge and leads our mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) cost management team in London. A specialist MEP quantity surveyor with more than 25 years' experience, she advises clients across every stage of the cost management process, from early planning through to project completion.

She is an expert in cost planning, scope gap analysis, risk management and lifecycle costing. She works across a range of sectors, including commercial fit out, data centres, office refurbishments, education, retail, healthcare and historic buildings.

In recent years, Julie has worked on increasingly large and complex projects. Her most recent cost plan was valued at £2.4 billion for a 300MW data centre, covering the mechanical and electrical package alone. A career highlight was the successful delivery of Ark's 150MW substation in Hayes, where she worked closely with the client and design team to identify the most cost-effective power solution for the wider data centre campus.
