Kat is an associate partner in our building performance team, specialising in sustainable, low-carbon design. She supports projects from pre-planning through to construction, helping clients and project teams make better decisions on Net Zero carbon frameworks and sustainability strategy.

Her experience covers a range of sectors and building types. Kat is particularly valued for her ability to make difficult sustainability topics easy to understand, helping clients and design teams see how low-carbon solutions can deliver long-term value for buildings and the people who use them.

Alongside her project work, Kat plays an active role in the wider industry. She has been seconded to the UK Green Building Council, contributing to the development of the UKGBC Non-Domestic Retrofit Design Guide and the Net Zero Carbon Building Standard.
