Keir leads the project management team in our Cambridge office. With more than 20 years' experience across the education, residential and commercial sectors, he has a strong track record of delivering complex projects in challenging environments. His experience includes schemes built to Passivhaus and Net Zero Carbon standards, where quality and attention to detail are critical.

Keir is known for his people-first approach. He brings project teams together, encourages collaboration and creates the conditions for projects to succeed. Clients value his straightforward communication, responsiveness and ability to balance technical detail with the bigger picture.

Construction is in Keir's blood. Coming from a family of builders, he has also built two of his own homes, giving him first-hand experience of the realities of construction. Combined with his background as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), this gives him a practical understanding of both the technical and people side of projects.

Whether he's supporting design development or overseeing delivery on site, Keir's hands-on approach helps teams work through challenges and keep projects moving forward.
