Keith is a Certified Expert Witness (RICS) with extensive experience diagnosing building defects and administering contracts across both modern and historic buildings. He has a strong understanding of construction techniques, JCT contracts and the challenges that can arise during design and delivery.

Over the years, he has led complex projects as both lead designer and contract administrator, bringing together multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. He is at his best when projects are challenging, helping teams stay focused and work through issues as they arise.

As an employer's agent, Keith takes a proactive approach to risk. Drawing on his knowledge of construction principles and building pathology, he helps clients identify potential problems early, reducing the likelihood of poor design decisions and latent defects later on.

Keith combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of how projects are delivered. He is a strong team leader who builds trust, encourages high standards and helps people perform at their best, even under pressure.

Keith is an RICS APC Assessor and holds a BSc (Hons).
