Kevin is a strategic asset management leader with more than 20 years' experience in the affordable housing sector, including the last two years as a partner at Ridge. He works with housing providers and local authorities to shape asset strategies, strengthen compliance, improve stock intelligence and deliver service transformation.

Before moving into consultancy, Kevin held senior client-side leadership roles, giving him a first-hand understanding of the challenges housing providers face. He combines strategic thinking with practical experience, helping organisations balance long-term priorities with the realities of day-to-day delivery.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has led complex service reviews, developed asset management strategies, and delivered large-scale stock condition and compliance programmes across the UK.

Known for his straightforward approach, Kevin helps clients make sense of complex technical and regulatory issues. He turns information into clear, actionable plans that support better governance, smarter investment decisions and improved outcomes for residents.
