Lauren leads our social value function nationally, helping public and private sector clients turn social value ambitions into practical outcomes. Her work spans regeneration, housing and infrastructure projects, where she helps clients strengthen bids, support planning applications and deliver long-term value from their assets.

She specialises in socio-economic impact, social value policy and ESG strategy, making sure social value is embedded in a way that aligns with commercial objectives and delivers meaningful benefits for communities.

Before joining Ridge, Lauren speaheaded social value integration at Westminster City Council and held economic development roles across several London boroughs, including Brent and Croydon. This experience gives her a strong understanding of how public policy, business priorities and community needs come together in practice.

Lauren holds a BSc in Geography and Business Management and a Diploma in ESG. She is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute and serves as an advisory board member for Black Professionals in Construction (BPIC).
