Lewis is an ESG manager specialising in carbon management, ESG reporting, environmental compliance and Net Zero strategy. He helps organisations take a practical, data-led approach to sustainability, making sustainability part of everyday business decisions.

His expertise includes greenhouse gas accounting, ISO 14001 environmental management systems and helping organisations meet sustainability reporting and compliance requirements, including CDP, EcoVadis, SECR and ESOS.

In his first six months at Ridge, Lewis delivered the 2025 carbon footprint report and developed our first ESG Impact Statement and Environmental Report.

Lewis holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Applied Meteorology and Climatology. He is also a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (MISEP).
