Luke is an associate partner in cost management, a member of the Birmingham senior leadership team and the national lead for the industrial and logistics sector at Ridge.

During his decade of experience, he has helped deliver more than 7.5 million ft² of industrial and logistics space, representing over £650 million in construction value. Over the years, he's seen what works, what doesn't and what it takes to keep complex projects moving from early planning through to delivery.

Luke has acted as project manager, employer’s agent, cost consultant and fund monitor, leading flagship projects for clients including Amazon, Nestlé Waters, Mountpark and Prologis. Whatever the role, his focus remains the same: providing clear advice, managing risk and helping clients make informed decisions at every stage of a project.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and an RICS Accredited Mediator.
