Martin is a partner at Ridge and leads our mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) team in Manchester. He is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with more than 35 years’ experience across a range of sectors and projects throughout the UK and overseas. His work spans low-energy offices, healthcare facilities, education buildings, specialist industrial units, sports and leisure centres, and large residential and hotel developments.

At the heart of Martin's approach is a simple focus: understanding what matters most to his clients. He works closely with public and private sector organisations, architects and project teams, bringing people together around a shared goal and helping projects move forward with confidence and clarity.

Martin takes the time to see every project through the client's eyes. By understanding their priorities from the outset, he focuses on the outcomes that will have the greatest impact. He's particularly skilled at turning difficult engineering challenges into clear, practical conversations, making it easier for everyone involved to make informed decisions.
