Martyn is an experienced civil and infrastructure engineering leader with more than 25 years in the industry. He has delivered complex projects across the residential, healthcare, education and major infrastructure sectors, leading interdisciplinary teams to develop infrastructure that is sustainable, compliant and aligned with client objectives. His expertise covers drainage, highways, external works, flood risk assessments and structural coordination, giving him a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in major developments.

One of the highlights of his career was his involvement in the £6 billion M25 Design Build Finance Operate (DBFO) Rapid Widening Scheme, where he managed the design and delivery of the highway works.

Martyn is known for combining technical expertise with a practical, people-focused approach. As a leader, he is committed to developing high-performing teams and building strong, long-term relationships that help projects succeed.

He holds a BEng (Hons), is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), and is also a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
