Matt is an experienced project and programme manager who leads our project and programme delivery team in Birmingham. Alongside this role, he helps lead the Birmingham office and played a key part in establishing our Newcastle office. Matt has delivered complex projects and programmes involving multiple phases, locations and stakeholders. He confidently leads teams, bringing together different skills and perspectives to keep projects moving forward and clients focused on their objectives.

As an equity partner, Matt sponsors our Gender Diversity and Inclusion impact group. He is a strong advocate for greater gender diversity and inclusion across the construction industry and is committed to creating positive change through both leadership and action.

Matt enjoys working with people, building strong relationships and creating an environment where teams can collaborate effectively. Whether managing a major programme or helping shape the direction of the business, his focus remains the same: bringing the right people together to deliver successful outcomes.
