Matthew is an associate partner and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with more than 19 years’ international experience. He helps clients manage costs, contracts and project delivery on complex developments across the UK, the Middle East, Australia and China.

His experience spans mixed-use, residential, prime estates, hotels, life sciences, education, healthcare and major infrastructure projects. He regularly manages schemes ranging from £1 million to more than £80 million, including major developments such as The Red Sea Development, Qiddiya Stadium Precinct and the Langley Park regeneration project.

Having worked for contractors, consultants and developers, Matthew brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Clients value his practical approach, commercial insight and ability to build strong relationships, helping teams navigate challenges and achieve the best possible outcomes.
