Matthew is a transport planning specialist with more than 30 years' experience helping bring development projects to life across the UK. He leads our transport planning teams in Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth, and acts as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.

He is often involved at the very start of a project, helping clients understand opportunities, navigate challenges and make informed decisions. With experience accessing sites that come with complex restrictions, Matthew provides the transparency and confidence clients need before moving forward.

A natural collaborator, Matthew enjoys bringing people together to find practical solutions. His experience covers every stage of a project, from early feasibility and planning, through to delivery and final handover. Clients value his straightforward advice, broad experience and ability to keep things moving in the right direction.

Matthew is a Chartered Transport Planner and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design (MCIHT, MCILT, PG Dip Urban Design).
